I reserved a compact car. They didn't have any and gave me some really long Chevrolet so parking was difficult to find. The woman @ the counter was extremely rude and sloppy. She spent the entire time with her feet up on another chair and chatting on the phone while serving everyone. She asked if I wanted a mini van. I started to respond that I reserved a compact so that's what I'd prefer but I barely got through the word "reserved" when she cuts me off saying, in a very snotty attitude, "I was just asking a question". Returned the car on 8/26 at 10:30 PM; it was an overnight return in the Avis parking garage at spot J-3. I dropped off the key in the drop box at their office following the instructions exactly. The car was not shown as returned for three weeks. Got billed for $1,500 and a registered mail threatening legal action. Luckily, I took videos with timestamp of return. I booked my car reservation 1 week in advanced. When I arrived at the counter at 9:30 AM, I got a snarky remark from the Desk Staff that they don't have a car. No apology, no empathy, no sensitivity. I have an important exam on this day and I need the car to go to the testing center. Then I was told I can take a car with low tire pressure or go to another location. Wow! What kind of human being treats customer this way. This place needs customer service training and human sensitivity education
