My mother had difficulty with a SUV she picked up in TUC, the service light came on and no other Avis was helpful to her and sent her all over LA County. Pam at the Venice Avis was the only person that was helpful in the car repair. As a result of her efforts, my mind was put at ease and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. THANK YOU, PAM!

Recently rented a vehicle for a family vacation and the experience was great! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and they took care of me promptly.
