I’ve rented from this location several times and have always had a great experience. Pam and Jerry were incredibly helpful when I was moving and needed a car, including multiple extensions. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend renting here, they’ve got you covered!
Pam is EXACTLY the type of person you want to see before and after renting a car. She was kind and compassionate while professional and real. I felt like she was my auntie the way she treated me and the way she was so understanding of my trip and return. For context, I just had my car stolen and rented a car for a trip to see family up north. Was a seamless and easy process renting and dropping off the car and Jerry was a great help and answered all questions I had.
First time in LA here from the UK. First class service from the guys there. Pam and her colleague. Nice car very clean. 10/10
Highly recommended! Jerry and Pam were both very kind and honest. I picked up the car from LAX location. When I returned the car here, they took out the ridiculous extra service fees LAX location has imposed once they realized that the LAX people did not explain the fees to me clearly. Ps I would suggest call them in advance to make sure they do have a car for you when you book
