Made a reservation 3 days ago. Got a confirmation email the day before pick up. Had to take 1 hour public transportation to the location since I don’t have a car. When I showed up, I was told they didn’t have any cars available and there was nothing they could do to help me. They told me that the online does not update the locations inventory since there system do not interact with the online reservations.
