If I ever rent a car from Avis again, it will only be at this location. Damien was the only one who helped with an issue I had, even though I had not rented the vehicle at his location. Excellent customer service!!
Rude employee
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Damian is the owner and was the hard-working man behind the desk. I had a complicated situation, requiring translation into French for a friend from France. Damian had incredible patience, explaining everything step by step in French using his phone. He had plenty of cars and gave us a great price. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely personable. If ever I need a car, he's THE MAN!
