I have very bad experience the person who works there was so aggressive and he don’t want to help me anything I ask him he said I don’t know and we don’t have and finally he make me change my mind to rent the car from there so I went to hertz and they was good and I make the reservation my pint it’s I was already trying to rent from Avis but because the service was bad and not friendly and change my mind Please make sure you have right person in right place if not it’s bad for the company I don’t recommend this location
Ich habe eine Buchung gemacht. Als ich vor Ort war wurde mir kein Auto gegeben, da keines mehr vorhanden war. Ich wurde an den Flughafen geschickt, ich musste den Transfer privat bezahlen. Am Flughafen Miami habe ich auch kein Auto bekommen. Die Buchung war wirklich ein flop. Schlechter Service, kann ich nicht empfehlen
