The poor girl working the front desk was forced to disappoint a line of customers. My reservation booked two weeks ago was not able to be honored because they had no cars. Avis was not willing to shuttle cars from the airport. Shame on management and corporate for putting their workforce through this incompetence. Luckily, I booked through Costco Travel and they’ll force Avis to make me whole. Expect at least a $35 Lyft or Uber from this location to the airport. You can imagine how costly peak hours will be.
