go anywhere else even a different avis. very disorganized, understaffed, and charged me one day for something they Never mentioned the day before. only positive was the car ran well even though inside and windows were dirty.
This place almost never opens at 8 AM. I usually pick up cars to commute to office for morning meetings and end up consistently having to wait ~30 minutes for them to open up in the morning. Some staff members are super rude too, though Ms Joan and the manager Vesily are great!

Standing here at 8:30 for an 8am reservation! Horrible customer service! It is like Seinfield all over again. Horrible!!!
Good place to get cars (once you find the office). My only issue is that this place almost never opens at 8 AM. I usually pick up cars to commute to office for morning meetings and end up consistently having to wait 15-30 minutes for them to open up in the morning!
