I can't say enough about Miss Joan at this location. When I urgently needed a car to get to the hospital to be with my dad, she got me on the road quickly and with such kindness during a really stressful moment. That kind of care and attention is rare, and it meant the world to me. Miss Joan is an absolute gem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This Avis location is awesome. Particularly, Ms. Joan she went above and beyond and has tons of experience. If I had a rental car office I would hire her as the office manager. Thank you, Ms. Joan!!!

Had a very upsetting experience returning my rental at the Avis Philadelphia 17th Street location today. The office was locked during posted business hours, and after waiting outside, the agent who finally appeared was immediately hostile. She yelled at me, gave incorrect information about my return time, made an inappropriate comment about my birth year, and refused to give her name or her manager’s contact. My first time renting at this location was a great experience. I really needed an SUV and Natisha personally made sure there was one available for me after I called the day before. Check in process was easy and quick. Drop off was equally as easy. The only snag was being automatically charged fuel fee (even though I had filled tank - I guess it needs to be to the exact micro amount or system doesn't account for fill) but Tiffany was able to help me remove the charge within a few minutes.
