I made a confirmed reservation approximately two weeks in advance. Today, at the exact time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice. I completely understand that sometimes a location may not have a vehicle available. That happens. The guy at the front desk is not customer friendly.
Rating update: from 5 to 0 stars. They will set you up. Very predatory behavior.
This location provided an amazing experience. The lady who assisted me was very nice, helpful, and provided quick and outstanding service.
