Amazing Service from Mary at Avis. Mary is truly a gem! She was so helpful, patient, and caring throughout the entire process. Her sweet personality and genuine kindness absolutely made my day. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she does. Avis is lucky to have her — thank you, Mary, for turning what could’ve been a routine rental into such a wonderful experience!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! 10/31/25 We had a premium SUV rented a week in advance for a cross-country move (Miami to Chicago). We even pre checked in the day before. They told us our vehicle is ready at 8am. THE EMPLOYEE didn’t show up until 8:30 AND they suddenly didn’t have the vehicle anymore that was already confirmed. Even worse, when they said we can get one from a different location, customer service said it would cost us $600 more!! But this was their fault. They couldn’t care less. Horrible. I arrived at 9 am and there was no one there. I had to look for the attendant in the building. When she arrived, she informed me that there were no cars available. She said they were out of stock and that the estimated return of a rental was at noon. My reservation was for 10 am. She refused to call any other Avis branch to check availability. She said the airport branch never answers the phone and that there's no point in calling. She also said she couldn't change the car pick-up location because I used Booking as an interm... read more

The employee working there is exceptionally impolite and unhelpful. Didnt give me the car and had the audacity to tell me to go to the airport, didnt say sorry or anything.
