For a neighborhood location this location is good, but be reasonable in your car selection as you'll get what they have - it's not like an airport location which often have dozens of employees and hundreds of cars. Pay attention to the car return directions as there's several different building access driveways.
Without a doubt, this was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. We booked a small, economy car online for the high gas mileage. In the location we were only offered a Jeep Wrangler. We protested and claimed this was not what we had booked, but the clerk said that it was this car or nothing. The clerk attempted to assuage us by insisting that the Jeep was a hybrid vehicle, and that it would get 40 mpg. It was not a hybrid vehicle, and it got 22 mpg at best. Je voyage beaucoup et loue beaucoup mais là cette agence + le service client Avis sont les pires organisations et de loin. J ai loué une voiture pour 15 jours, un SUV Nissan. Je prends la route pour Santa Barbara et le soir au retour pour Los Angeles la voiture a un voyant arrêt urgence qui s allume sur l autoroute. Most racist owner just want money and being rude customers don't know how to talk to women talking inappropriate to my girlfriend and the customer service was as bad as his attitude. Never ever come to this Avis Car rental.
The man at the front desk was so difficult about giving us our rental car when we went to pick up the car after booking it ahead of time. Extreme skepticism that I was old enough to rent even though I am almost 30.
