Très bonne agence, rapide pour prendre la voiture et la retourner. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il n’est pas possible de rendre l Voiture en dehors des horaires d’ouvertures (8h-17h)
i don’t understand why we are getting car with maintenance required message kept popping up and high crack in the windshield while we made reservation on getting car of cadillac or similar. The similar car you will get will be old and torn toyota. The staff wasn’t helpful at all but just claimed he wasn’t a tech bro. I wouldn’t expect a car that car max wouldn’t accept
Tony was excellent. I left some keys in the car and he FedEx them to me the next day. Excellent customer service when I arrived very good employee here at Avis.
