I would rather rate them 0. The people at the counter at the airport are the rudest people I've ever met and then I went to get my car which was not my car. Because the text they sent me saying my car was in a particular spot was not my car. I was supposed to get an SUV. I wound up with a Toyota Corolla, very disappointed with Avis.
Bernard was fantastic. Worked double time to cut down the long line. Thank you for working to make it a better experience.
Long line, takes 45 mins to get the car

Ask for something interesting was put in a minivan next time I come through Charleston I'll certainly be renting through a different company.
