Horribly slow, terrible service
No good here rude people
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I’d give 0 if it were an option! I will never rent with Avis ever again! This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I paid for this in early August, tried to call to come earlier to pickup, and could not get a hold of anyone. The phone number rings to an automated call center that routes you to India. You can’t reach the actual branch and the call center can’t tell you what the inventory looks like or if you can come early. I had a reservation for a gasoline vehicle, but upon arrival, only electric vehicles were available. I had never driven an electric vehicle and was hesitant to take one, but I was assured I could return it the next morning to exchange for a gas car. When I returned to the airport and tried to exchange the vehicle the following day, however, there were still no gas cars available for exchange. Helpful staff. Clear directions. Definitely use the early check-in through email or QR code posted at desk/line. Saved 5-10 minutes compared to buddy who didn't use the early check-in.
