Emily and Chris are very friendly and professional. I rented for a business trip and they put me in a clean vehicle within my work approved class. The check-in and out was seamless. I highly recommend renting from this Delray Beach location.

I had a reservation for today to pick up my car in a few hours and just received a voice message from Emily at Avis that they had no more cars. That the only vechicle they had left was a mini van that was more expensive. She left a number to call back. So I did and of course went to the main booking line, not the local avis location where my reservation was not honored. Garbage. As a local resident, I spoke on the phone with them yesterday. The employee told me I can use a debit card & to bring my license & 1 bill (phone bill), bank statement, or insurance card. It is the same requirements that are listed online. I reserved the car, then brought them all. Then, when I get there, because I’m a ‘local resident using a debit card’, they tell me I need either a water bill or a utility bill proving my address. I had neither on me and just spent $20 on an Uber to get there. Garbage.
