Couldn’t have asked for a better car rental. Walked in, and within 5 minutes had my car as booked. The guy at the desk was friendly and got me checked in and checked out with ease.
Absolutely terrible experience. This company is the definition of unhelpful and rigid. Their strict credit card-only policy is already inconvenient, but their refusal to assist customers in critical situations is beyond frustrating. My credit card’s insert function wasn’t working, yet despite their machine having a swipe feature, they flat-out refused to accommodate me. The staff at the counter didn’t even try—they just kept repeating, "We can't do that." Really? Then why was another branch in Waterloo able to process my pay... read more
