I recently visited the N Keystone location and witnessed something amazing. There was an elderly customer being serviced and the rep, William, made her visit pleasurable. He made sure the door was opened for her while servicing other customers, he even went to the extent of walking around the counter to get her id/cards, so that she didn’t have to get up much from her chair. I rented a vehicle through Uber and neither car that I confirmed was there. I ended up taking the EV that they had which was the only vehicle they had and it was a huge mistake. The car only had 30 miles before no charge. I went to charge it and it literally took 2h 39m to fully charge and then it only gave me 217 miles. The car was dirty when I picked it up and I had to insist on it being vacuumed. The exterior was dirty too and the representative just sprayed some water on it.
