I rented a car and when I returned the rental this location charged my card 2 times. I had to go to another location to speak with a manager which he looked not only my rental agreement but also my bank statement and issued me a refund at that time. I never received the refund and called the same manager which submitted another refund and I still have yet to receive the refund for being charged twice.
