Incapable staff. Dishonest. Scam. Retaliatory. Those miscellaneous charges on your account are manually put in by Ray. He’s only playing stupid. Don’t bother speaking with anyone. They hate their jobs and refuse to be a service to the community. Surprised they’re still open honestly. Never have cars anyway
As others have said, incredibly confusing drop off. Was told by security to bring car to 5th floor, but then told by Avis office I had to go back and bring the car to the bottom floor even though the location says 5th floor online. Ended up paying 12 dollar parking ticket and wasting 30 minutes. The employee, Ray, at the desk was not only unhelpful but rude as well.
It was a great experience with Mario agent in Avis downtown la. A fantastic guy very helpful and polite. 5 🌟
Stick to airports. This place had no cars even though I had a reservation. Told they would call back when car available... no call back. All other places around had no cars either.
