After reading the previous reviews, I braced myself for a nightmare drop-off experience—but honestly, it wasn’t that bad. Yes, the staff could definitely be more professional, and their appearance doesn’t exactly scream "corporate rental agency," but they got the job done. Extremely Dangerous and Unprofessional – Beware! I rented a Tesla Model Y from Avis and encountered an utterly alarming situation with one of their employees. After receiving confirmation for a replacement vehicle, I drove to the designated location only to be met by a Mexican employee named Saldo. Awful lazy and disrespectful staff, i’ve been renting with Avis for uber lots of times but this time it would be the last judging by the poor choices avis is making in people they are hiring.
