Stick to airports. This place had no cars even though I had a reservation. Told they would call back when car available... no call back. All other places around had no cars either.

Location Los Angeles, CA 90024 , 1234 Westwood Blvd gave shitty crevice. The worst I ever had. I booked Tesla 3 and paid a cab to get there, on my way to the destination I called to that office and the guy said no Tesla but have some gasoline cars. On my question what models they have, he replied come I will show you. When I said I need to know the model exactly in advance because it’s important for me and I’m paying for taxi he said come to see it. There was two handsome gentlemen they were very polite one of them showed me where the vehicle was located and they even help me load my belongings and it was a very pleasant experience and will be glad to come back soon
