I got rid of my car in 2021, so whenever I need a new car I rent one. That’s about 5 or 6 times per year. I started using this Avis location because it’s closest to my house. I continue using it because of the amazing service I get, the great cars I get and the personal attention. It feels like a local small business, not a big conglomerate. I love it. I used to only rent from National. Because of my experience at this location, I only rent from Avis now, regardless of where I go.
Amazing experience so far! I needed a car at the last minute, so I booked about an hour before pickup. Wafa at the front desk was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Pick up and drop off was a breeze.
Wafa was a fantastic help! Very professional and kind and made sure to assist me as quickly as possible. I will definitely rent from here again!
Always quick to help me out and they really do everything to make sure I’m happy and taken care of
ZERO star if possible. Location says they are opened until noon, but they asked us to come in early (let’s be honest bc they want to leave early). Then called literally 2 min before we arrive early that they don’t have a car for us bc there’s a nail in the tire. Then proceeded to tell us to call around to other car centers and took zero responsibility to make sure we got a car from another location.
