I honestly don’t understand how Avis operates at this location. The customer service was horrible—rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed to even deal with customers. I expected a reputable company like Avis to be more professional, but this experience was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend renting from this place at all.
Excelente atención Vic is very good.
One of the worst customer service. I had a reservation but when i reached there they told me you have to pay 80$ instead of 48$. It was first time i am using Avis but not using it further anymore. Enterprise is much better to use.
Highly recommend renting a vehicle from this location I've been renting with them on a monthly basis for over a year and they have fast and excellent service.
