My recent rental experience with Avis Danforth (Reservation ID: 45693879CA0) was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the Danforth location around 10:40 AM on October 16th and received my vehicle (a Dodge Charger) around 11:15 AM. Unfortunately, the car had Apple CarPlay issues, and I spent almost 2 hours at the lot trying to resolve the problem with the staff. Very rude customer service, the guy who works in the morning lacks pricing knowledge, quotes you different price and charges you a different price. Unprofessional.
