Great location among the Avis branches. Amazing service; Rehan helped me with all my needs
Very rude customer service, the guy who works in the morning lacks pricing knowledge, quotes you different price and charges you a different price. Unprofessional.
The staff responsible for opening the location consistently arrives late, causing delays. Additionally, the car I was given had the engine service light on, which was concerning. I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my experience.
PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AVIS LOCATION OR AVIS IN GENERAL. I WOULD ADD ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Honestly I had the worst experience. After renting a car with Avis 2 previous times in Montreal, we rented a 3rd car to move to Toronto. We left the car at this location. First, the person who was working there was rude saying I didn't need to go check the car with them.
