Car wasn’t cleaned well. The seat salt smelled every time I put it on, even after I wiped it off myself.
Ordered and electric car and ended up with Buick, great.
The actual pick up process is great. But everytime I have gotten a car the price was more than my contract price. They have issued me credits for over charges that are still pending from 3-16-2026. The 800 customer service is HORRIBLE! That's when and if you can get someone on the phone. The customer service representative actually said I was doing something wrong for the price I received on my reservation.... how does that happen 🤔
The folks that run this Avis are so extremely kind and helpful! I have rented with them for an extended period of time and any time I have a question or concern they have no problem helping me find a solution. Professional and sweet are the perfect words to describe them. Thank you!
