WOW!! I picked up a vehicle from PIT Airport on 9/14/2026 and the car was filthy! The Agent asked me if I wanted to pre-pay for gas and I said yes. The pre-payment charge was supposed to be around $61.00 or so. I get my bill emailed to me and the charge is $211.00!! Make sure you check your email before you leave the Drop Off Destination or get a print out of your receipt so it can be corrected immediately. Now I have to call Customer Service.

The best Avis that I have rented from! The counter personnel were professional and efficient. The garage folks were very helpful finding the car and answering questions. Jeffrey Santa (the mgr) reached out midway through my stay in Pitt to inquire about the rental experience. He was very responsive and accommodating to a request I had. Jeffrey and his staff make me want to use Avis consistently. I wish all Avis locations were as good as the PIT team!

Car was clean, staff were friendly and it was easy to navigate to and from the airport. No added fees, it was just what I needed for this long weekend.
