Just Terrible. Lack of Costomer Service from this specific location. Don’t expect to receive anything mistakenly left in your rental. This is true, notifying them in person, prior to your same day departure. You will receive lip service only about your item being sent to your home address. If your inbound flight is delayed past this location’s closing time, you will arrive to find you are on your own, until the following morning. I returned a rental vehicle on Friday March 14. No employees were around, so I stopped by the kiosk and the employee working there confirmed I left the keys in the car and then said I was good to go. Received a notification Monday March 17 saying my rental car was 3 days overdue, and a billed receipt on Wednesday March 19 saying I returned the vehicle 3 days late. I rented from this location three times between Feb 10th, 2025, and March 12th, 2025. All three vehicles picked for me were unwashed or dirty. I have attached a couple of images from the last rental that I took during the pickup, and no those coins does not belong to me.
Extremely poor service and rude staff. I was trying to return a defective car that they had given to me but kept giving me the run around. Would not recommend renting from here for anyone
