This is a LOCALLY-owned Avis location, operated by a father and son. They provide the best service I've ever experienced at a rental car place. They are helpful and accommodating of special circumstances that their customers may encounter. Only drawback is that they're often unable to answer the phone timely -- but even that is because they are working so diligently to take care of all on-site duties with, at most, a two person-staff.
Fast and easy, booked through booking.com as an Aussie leave the currency in USD on the app otherwise you will get charged extra and have limited selection with AUD. Older gentleman at the desk was pleasant and efficient on pick up and drop off. Car smelt of cigarette upon pick up but I gave them a call and they put a note on the file. Will use these guys again. No issues at all. Recommend. As always use your own vigilance by inspecting the car and taking photos before hand.
