I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had a reservation to pick up my vehicle at 5:00 PM, but I arrived early at 4:30 PM. As soon as I walked in, the older Indian gentleman at the front desk immediately told me there were no cars available. His attitude was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a rude manner, appeared irritated throughout the interaction, and even handled things aggressively, making me feel very uncomfortable. Pretty easy to get in and out. Watch the insurance charges though; they charge $25 a day for the extra insurance.
Place SUCKS. We were about lil late NO CAR. Can't control airplane.
This is a LOCALLY-owned Avis location, operated by a father and son. They provide the best service I've ever experienced at a rental car place. They are helpful and accommodating of special circumstances that their customers may encounter. Only drawback is that they're often unable to answer the phone timely -- but even that is because they are working so diligently to take care of all on-site duties with, at most, a two person-staff.
