Shout out to Alfred specifically at the Fairfield location. I’ve had to rent a vehicle for an extended amount of time. He’s been the epitome of professionalism: pro -active, patient, kind, flexible, and knowledgeable. And would make me want to come back to this location again because of him! When I entered this location I did not have him and it’s been night and day! Hope this gets to corporate! Promote this man & im sure you’ll see more revenue!!!

I am an Uber driver, renting through Uber. We are only allowed to go to very specific locations to rent our vehicles, but this is the second time I've had a defective vehicle and Avis has told me to exchange it at "ANY Avis location", so I came here both times. The person working today wouldn't even listen to me, he simply said "I don't do Uber and I don't exchange any vehicles over 50,000 miles. I have 25 military guys coming to rent vehicles, so go away". Pathetic customer service.
This is the best car rental agency I have ever experienced. Alfred from Budget on 600 Parker Rd. Goes above and beyond. I recommend Budget/Avis from this location.
Do yourself a favor and just don't. The attendant was nice, but that's about where the good parts end. The vehicle we were assigned was dirty (including hair) and reeked of weed; the "option" vehicle was also pretty dirty and in a smaller category but serviceable until the nearest Avis office.
