Employee Monica called my daughter a thief because I used my credit card to purchase the rental. When I called, Monica refused to discuss her behavior with me. I told her that I would report her behavior to corporate. She said "Go ahead, report me to corporate." and hung up on me. Too bad this rental agency has her terrible service to recommend them.
Horrible customer service. Agent at the counter kept getting into a shouting match with another employee. I saw her push 3 customers away because she didn't feel like dealing with them.
