Very rude man who yelled prices extremely loud at me with my child present. He is a very rude man!
The car rental was great, however the customer service was the worst thing about this place. The lady at the front desk, Monica, was so rude and sarcastic when asking a simple question. Not usually one to complain, but will definitely be calling management to complain about her customer service.
I had a great experience with Avis in Fairfield! The entire process was fast, clean, and seamless. The customer service was excellent, and they even upgraded my vehicle at no additional charge. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
Excellent service.
