Being an Avis presidents club member clearly counts for nothing here. Book a standard SUV, try to give you the smallest EV, lots of cars parked, no one queueing but all allocated for people later in the day apparently

I was on time for my reservation first in line waiting to be next as JERIE was finishing up with a customer. An older gentleman customer stands behind me, younger employee long hair skips me approach person behind me and puts him straight in front of Jerie now im skipped i’m trying to figure out if they don’t see me so I continue to wait another gentleman. Standard counter is inside the terminal on the baggage claim level. Avis Preferred counter is on the bottom level of the parking garage adjacent to the vehicles. As the parking garage is not secured you must go to the counter to show your license to retrieve keys. The parking garage is tight with many pedestrians working their way to and from the terminal.
