I walked in the office on Margaret Pkw and was encountered by a short balding man with an obvious scowl. Appearing to be in his mid to late eighties.After many problems were overcome I was able to rent a Toyota economy car that was advertised for 35 per day. When I droppedthe car off after 7 days of use AB? tried to charge me for 8 days at about 100 per day. After giving me a receipt for 602 dollars He later charged my card 740 dollars . After this experience I will avoid all Avis and Budget locations!

*edit to add an update. I emailed back the customer service according to their directions and almost immediately they denied my request for partial refund. So I replied back with this: "What you are saying is incorrect. The Avis Marguerite parkway location has scammed many people you have 2.4 stars on your reviews on Google most of them with the same situation as me and you're not telling the truth and you owe me a partial refund. I will fight this with my bank the city and the courts if necessary." I'm actually shocked that... read more
They scammed me. Stay far away. AB will tell you no economy cars just to get you to a higher prices car and the website still has the other cars so he lies. Also the car I got had spots all over it dirt spots dents undisclosed and the interior look unkept.
