The worst experience of my life. The man at the front desk that everyone complains about is absolutely rude. No customer service. Wouldn't show us the car. Wouldn't walk us outside. Explained everything with a horrible disgusting attitude. Do not go here! I had to beg him to show us the car had to beg him to do the walk through. There is no excuse for the behavior. I only hope he doesn't try to scam us when we return the car. I had no choice but to rent it from here but I'll never go back.

AB is a scam. I rented a Hornet from this Avis location and the manager, AB, short bald old man was sketchy and rude from the start. He did not go outside with me to make sure of any prior damages to the car he just gave me the keys and said it was in the second row. when I brought the car back a week later (yesterday) all he said was “dropping off?” I said yes and he said “ok bye.” again, he did not walk outside with me to inspect the car. I walked in the office on Margaret Pkw and was encountered by a short balding man with an obvious scowl. Appearing to be in his mid to late eighties.After many problems were overcome I was able to rent a Toyota economy car that was advertised for 35 per day. When I droppedthe car off after 7 days of use AB? tried to charge me for 8 days at about 100 per day. After giving me a receipt for 602 dollars He later charged my card 740 dollars . After this experience I will avoid all Avis and Budget locations!
