Excellent service from all employees at this location! I've been given excellent service and nice cars since the first day I started renting from this location, please, come to this location, you won't regret, Miguel and all employees are nice people and they deserve 5*****, thank you!
We had NO issues picking up or returning our rental...but it was MOST helpful to read others' comments on where to go once we were at LA Union Station!
Can confirm the service here is as bad as the other reviews make out. The staff have a terrible attitude. Would not recommend.
