I rented a toyota Corolla or camry (either or)but the car they gave me was broken (check engine), so I went back to the front desk and they need to redo all the process again. They just waisted my time. And this is the 2nd time tbh, the 1st was aug 2025 when we went to colorado and they gave us electric car but we didnt want an electric car. This is the worst rental car store I’ve ever been to. I reserved a car but they have no car when I arrive. No compensation, no apology, the people there were extremely rude.
Not great experience at all..booked 2 weeks before still didn't get the same car and as usual regular excuse saying similar car. Also the staffs at the counter were very very rude towards the customers. When I complained then the guy said I can cancel and book from enterprise if m not happy. I will not recommend anyone avis. Go for hertz or enterprise!! Thanks
Amplió un día más el vehículo y me dice que unos 60 dólares y cuando ya me confirma todo me dice que me pueden cobrar hasta 100 y le digo pero si eso es casi el doble y me dice que hasta que no lo entregue el coche no lo sabe. Bastante piratas, información no clara y me cuesta más una ampliación del día que toda la semana casi. Además de cuando le pregunté el precio de la ampliación me dice 60 dólares y cuando me bloquea la tarjeta y todo me dice que puede ser hasta 100 no sabe ni el precio.
