Wildly unprofessional every single time (third time isn’t the charm). Always extremely rude, unaccommodating, and this time my vehicle was still littered with trash and unwashed. Would recommend National here as Budget and Avis share the same inventory and disgruntled employees. Again, third absolutely awful experience here. RUN don’t walk away.
Terrible! Vehicle had issues since pick up. Vehicle broke down at night and had to get towed. After a whole day, they never tried to contact me to arrange a new vehicle. When I I finally had time to get another vehicle and they had none, nor would they arrange for one to be delivered. But told me I can drive an hour to see if they have some… would not recommend, terrible summer service and vehicles (mine has 45,000 miles, very high for a rental…)
I would recommend Avis while in Alexandria LA.
Apparently these folks have never heard of customer service. And they are basically dishonest. I had reserved and paid online, but they tacked on a bunch of extra charges without telling me when I picked up the car. And the car was not clean -- there were smudges all over the touch screen, food debris on the seats, and the windows were dirty inside and out.
