Worst experience ever!!! My Sister in Law flew in and had a reservation she had made weeks prior and the little long dark haired girl at the counter was so absolutely RUDE RUDE RUDE to her. This little girl has been terrorizing customers at that desk for a long time (I personally had an experience with her in August). Her excuse to my Sister in Law for not having a vehicle for her when she landed was that they overbooked and there were no vehicles available. Amazing staff at this location. It is one of my favorite locations to fly in. Beautiful airport, and fast service.
Not sure what the negativity, or hostility is about. Rented a car, had an issue, was able to get it taken care of by a young saleswoman and the mgr. and, was able to rent a different one. I did witness someone get very rude, and disrespectful. Kindness goes a long way. Everyone has a difficult time.
Best airport location I have ever picked up at. Fast and friendly service I was out the door within mins of arrival. Clean cars and they were parked close to exit.
Friendly staff after a long flight. My car was ready and I got a free upgrade.
