I had a great experience renting from Brandy at Avis a couple of days ago. I made a last-minute reservation, and inventory was low. Even though she was the only employee working at the time, she was patient while explaining my options. Brandy had a bright, welcoming smile and was very friendly. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
Cynthia was amazing! I’m having an issue with my new 2026 Jeep and the dealership has no loaner. Cynthia made this situation a little less stressful! She is a gem!
