Associate’s Mike, Tasia “T” and the Manager Amina are great at the Philly Airport location. I had to exchange a vehicle and they made sure I received a new vehicle. They were patient and making sure the new vehicle was in Great condition.
I had issues with this rental from start to finish. We rented an SUV to drive from Philadelphia to Mont Tremblant. On the way home, the vehicle began shaking aggressively above 59 mph. No warning lights, but what should have been an 8.5-hour drive turned into 11 hours.
