Excellent Service at Avis & Budget Roseville! The manager at the Roseville Avis and Budget location is amazing — very helpful and professional. His staff is also excellent! The place is clean, the cars are in great condition, and everything runs smoothly. I had a great experience and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.
We just had a fantastic rental experience with the assistance of Eddy (sorry if I’m spelling his name incorrectly) at the Roseville, MN location. On very short notice—because a different company had failed us!—he helped us to get into a weeklong rental vehicle that comfortably seated five adults plus luggage for an out-of-state trip. Do yourself a favor a go elsewhere. Upon return, the agent drove the van off around to the back, then drove it back to where I parked it and said there was a HUGE scratch all along the side. I went out to look, didn't see a scratch and took pictures. I asked him to show me, he scoffed and we looked at it. The scuff (not scratch/paint damage) along the side of the van could be rubbed out and it didn't get put there on my watch. Take BEFORE and AFTER photos when you get and return keys. Watch for scams.
