I rented a car from the Avis location at Halifax Airport, and the next day, noticed the tire on my rental vehicle was defective - there was a subtle but dangerous bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The staff at this location were fantastic. They exchanged vehicles for me and were remarkably efficient considering the mountain of paperwork that needed to be filled and signed.
