The manager was very rude and refused to rent us a car, despite our having a credit card and cash available if needed. She didn’t care at all; we recommend going to another place.

I have rented (last minute car rental needs) from here twice. Both times they have a) had vehicles, b) been quick, c) been polite and professional, and d) been very easy to get on and out of. This time, the gentleman helping us, Nick, was fabulous. Patient, helpful, kind, and an amazing multi-tasker. This will be my go-to place from now on.

I will never rent from Avis again. They gave me a vehicle that was not cleaned and had extensive hail damage Nick said it was all they had available eventhough I had a standing reservation. After the vehicle was returned and checked in and paid for. Nick called to tell me they were going to charge me another 200.00 for smoke smell. I asked him to have Rhonda the manager to call me when she came in and he said no. I used to like Avis but now find that Enterprise is a much better deal with clean damage free vehicles.

Best Avis Rental outlet Ive ever used. They provide excellent service, great car selection, and very well managed. Rhonda, who manages the operation is excellent and always remembers my name. 1st class operation
