Lady at the front is very rude, not helpful, and obviously not happy with her sad life. Not sure who hired her and why.
Great and friendly service!! The cars are kept in clean conditions. I would definitely return and refer my family and friends to here.
Let me start by saying I have a been an Avis customer for may many years. I always go to the fallston location because the cars are better and so is the customer service. In the last six months I have spent well over 8,000 dollars with Avis for my business needs. I needed a vehicle very badly since my vehicle has been in and out of repair shop and due to my business I need a reliable vehicle.
