Absolutely terrible. Don't even waste your time. First she wasn't at the desk and had a "call me" number posted. She complained about being on lunch or something and came back about 20 minutes later. Then as soon as she saw our one way reservation she said "I'm not honoring that, we don't have enough cars to do one way". And she refused! After calling Avis 1-800 and asking how a receptionist has the authority to deny a reservation he recommended I modify to round-trip and just pay the fee when I get there. Unbelievable.
