I want to start this review by saying I gave this company a couple weeks to rectify their wrong doings but here we go. On the 14th of Feb my family rented a minivan and set out on a cross country adventure to attend our last grandparent funeral. Around 6 hours in we noticed an even greater steering issue and sound. The staff are amazing!!!! I've worked in the rental car industry and have rented cars for years, and they are the best I've ever been able to work with. I will only rent from these two ladies at Avis. I used to be a diehard Hertz renter. I had a time that Hettz was out of vehicles, and I went to use Avis. From the first time I met these girls, I have never wanted to rent anywhere else again. They have the best hearts and customer service that I thought were gone and lost to time.
