This place literally saved us 7 years ago. We were 23, pregnant, broke, and moving accross the country for work. Our car suddenly died in Amarillo and had to be in Ohio the next few days and didn't have a credit card. The guy working there let us use our debit card, then found us an amazing discount. They were literally the only reason we made it. I will always have a special place in my heart for Avis.
This "lady" did not have my vehicle ready for me. Did not have a plan to get a vehicle. Cursed me out for asking her where my vehicle was. I drove hours out of my way to get this car for my road trip. It was prepaid. Absolutely vile person. Entirely incompetent. No planning. Did not have anything ready for me. Did not help me at all.
This Avis is the BEST one. The Staff is very fun, friendly, professional, willing to help in anyway. Go to this AVIS on I-40 next to Tejavan. U will leave happy😊😊😊😉😉
Rip off! Avis will add numerous additional charges to your final bill! Got charged a $12 fee just to extend my rental car one extra day. I went in person to the office because they NEVER answer the phone. The woman could’ve told me in person that I’d be charged a $12 fee to extend my rental one day. I then got charged $24 for an extra hour because my rental started at 8am on a weekday and ended on Saturday. But they don’t open until 9am on Saturday.
