Got the car late due to them running behind with car returns. Got an upgrade for free. Sherry the manager was awesome and very friendly. Will definitely use them again.
The Avis on I-40 with Sherry always takes good care of me when I rent from them. My family and I had a full size SUV (Yukon) reserved for our 2026 summer vacation, and it was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up for a week's rental. The return was super efficient and easy thanks to Sherry's professionalism. Because of her excellent service, I don't even shop around when I need a rental.
