Absolutely LOVE the Team at this location. I've been coming to this location for about 3 months, and I have yet to experience someone unpleasant or rude. They are always welcoming, know my name and even if there is a wait its not a long one.
I always have the best experience at Georgetown Avis (in Georgetown Park Parking at 1072 Wisconsin Ave). Weiney is very knowledgeable and helpful and kind, and Tom is very courteous. Highly recommend
Tom at Avis was absolutely amazing! He patiently assisted us with our car rental and made the whole process smooth, even when our account wasn’t fully set up yet. I was on the phone with him for a while, and he remained kind, calm, and incredibly helpful the entire time!
