I have experienced the worst costumer service here at Avis/Budget. If you can do not utilize any service as far as reservations or walkin’s through BRITTANY(short African American women) her attitude was very unprofessional, discriminative, derogatory, and belittling. Not only to myself but multiple costumers within the 2hours I was there waiting. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Again with the same company Avis but different location, same thing happened to me yesterday in the Wisconsin Washington dc location. I had my reservation and what hurts me more that i called before i go all the way there and customer service confirmed that my car is available. I told them yesterday this happened and i didn’t found any car available. I booked a reservation online, went to pick it up and proceeded to get told they don’t do same day rentals but let a customer behind me who by the way arrived AFTER ME AND TOLD HIM TO GO IN FRONT OF ME, rent a car/truck. Ridiculous service.
Deeply disappointing experience at this location. I booked a car with a pickup within an hour of closing; a last-minute trip, but a confirmed reservation nonetheless. When I arrived, the agent at the front desk told me there were no cars available, not just for me but for another family ahead of me as well. When I questioned this, he invited me to check the parking lot myself, and there were clearly vehicles parked both in front and in the back.
