We’ve been dealing with this location for the past six years. In today’s age where personal human contact and communication are rare, they actually interact with customers. They have a straightforward approach that can sometimes come across as abrasive, but when you look at it more closely, you realize it’s more straightforward than it seems. I’ve heard them assist Uber drivers with their accounts and working with them on payments. Overall, it’s a great location.

I was wrongly charged a $450 “cleaning fee” after renting from the Blair Rd Budget location, even though the car was already dirty when I picked it up. The first vehicle I was assigned had a filthy interior, so the agent walked me back to choose another, but the next two were also unclean. The agent even admitted they “do the best we can to clean them” and noted the dirty interior. I returned the car in the same condition, yet still received the charge.
