Booked a couple of rentals through this location and every single time the ENTIRE staff was so helpful and accommodating. I definitely will be renting from here from now on and I recommend you all do the same as well. You won’t be disappointed :)

This place is an absolute joke. I had a prepaid reservation and when I showed up they said they had no cars available and gave me no indication on when one would be available. The workers there couldn’t care less about helping anyone. Air pods in, looking at their phones, mumbling instead of actually helping customers out. Avoid this place, and Avis in general.

I have a real love hate relationship with this location. On one hand, it’s been clutch for me when I do Uber Valet the convenience is why I keep coming back. When everything lines up, it does what I need it to do, and that keeps me loyal enough to still give them my business. But on the other hand, the customer service is rough. Some of the staff are downright rude, and I’ve had calls literally hung up on me just for asking why no cars were available by the requested pickup time.
