Had to cancel my reservation and switch to Budget. They have a downtown location that is essential for access to the ferry. Foolish of Avis to close this location. And they never told me it would be closed when I went to drop of my car in September!!! You guys just lost a lot of business.

We just returned our Chevrolet Malibu to the downtown Avis store. We were very pleased with the car and found the store manager a pleasure to deal with. Our thanks for both the car and the service.

Living Downtown Victoria without a car makes this place very important. I have used this location a number of times and found the location very convenient , the booking and pick up/drop off process very efficient and the staff super helpful. However, I hear that Avis is going to close this location August 28th...this is an issue as there are not a lot of options to rent a car Downtown Victoria.

Wir haben in Victoria ( Vancouver Island) unser Fahrzeug abgeholt und abgegeben. Da Fahrzeug war OK nur die Elektronik könnten wir nicht immer benutzen ( Bluetooth und Android Auto. Egal, aber der Mitarbeiter in der Filiale war bei Abholung ( wir mussten erst 15 Minuten auf ihn warten) und Abgabe sehr unfreundlich. Ich weiß nicht warum, denn wir haben nichts ungewöhnliches verlangt. Dieser Mitarbeiter wäre ein Grund, zumindest dort keinen Mietwagen mehr zu buchen.
