Upon picking up the car I reserved, I was told the car I wanted wasn't available. There was only a minivan or a 15 passenger van. I was about to do a 4.5 hour drive by myself and definitely not driving a 15 passenger van through the back roads of New Hampshire, so I took the minivan. Immediately I smelled cigarette smoke, so I drove with the windows open as much as possible. However, I'm very sensitive to smoke and found myself feeling very uncomfortable (I'm asthmatic, had trouble getting deep breaths, stomach felt off...).... read more
