Vedal really helped me with my rental! These guys take care of you for all your needs. They are extremely flexible and very easy to work with. Come in show respect and they will roll out the red carpet for you. I will not use anyone else but these guys Avis/ Budget.
I paid the cost to rent a premium suv which is ford expedition max or similar, Avis Bellevue Hilton gave me a Chevy Tahoe and told me they are in same class with only 2 inch difference. I have to call Avis customer service to exchange the Tahoe in Avis Seatec to get a really similar car. It took me 1 hour to communicate with customer service and extra 1 hour get the car I paid for, which is not acceptable as a highly reputable rental company.
