The man working there was super helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me and I will never forget that. 10/10 experience, will definitely rent from this location again. Long story short: I actually had my reservation cancelled at another car rental location in the US because of a lack of cars available, and I could not find any other ones in the US. Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly when we were out and it had to be put in shop for repairs for a few days. We took an Uber from the mechanic to Avis Rental and the agent at the front desk began all the paperwork. Unfortunately, we were having a bad day … I left my driver’s license and credit card in a coat pocket at home. Extremely poor service when a rented car needed swapping due to faults. Will go back to Hertz.
