Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly when we were out and it had to be put in shop for repairs for a few days. We took an Uber from the mechanic to Avis Rental and the agent at the front desk began all the paperwork. Unfortunately, we were having a bad day … I left my driver’s license and credit card in a coat pocket at home. I am leaving a 3 star review due to the quality of the vehicle. It is the service that let's it down. I found the person behind the counter quite abrupt. He wasn't at all welcoming and continuously answered his phone whilst dealing with me. To be fair the vehicle was new and did exactly what it said on the tin. I had taken out fully inclusive super insurance through Canadian Affair and paid a premium for it. Place was supposed to be open on Sunday by 8 am and it was closed. Called the number listed nobody picked up. Place run down. OK
