Location wasn't open. Took me two extra hours to return to another location. Would not recommend renting or returning here.
I didn't like this particular location. They changed their service to only being able to use a credit card instead of a debit card which I do not like credit. They said the whole company changed but I was going to log in on my account online and use my debit card if I wanted to pay for it ahead of time.
First they confirmed my booking and when I went there to pick up simply say we are closed for memorial day. If your closed you should not take booking or at least should have curtsy to inform ahead of pick up time . I booked 4 days before of actual pick up
