Terrible Customer Service! BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK WITH AT ALL If your book through a 3rd party insurance or an addition driver they will cancel your reservation without informing and will not honor your bookings only to charge you an exorbitant price on the day of your reservation in order to rebook. !!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHAT-SO-EVER !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
this is my third time renting a car ( last time 3 years ago), everything was ok. the guy at the Desk was welcoming, the car was good as booked online. everything was ok. thank you
The place was closed before the closing time, I had a reservation but there is no one there.
I've been renting from this location for over a year and will continue to do so. VLADISLAV is a great person and very courteous. I've never had an issue with renting and is an easy in & out .thank you for a great service.
