Received a car with unsafe breaks, 40000miles and a class smaller than the paid for - plus an unhelpful customer service But what a helpful backoffice AVIS does have - helped us to a replacement vehicle at the airport (a hotline which actually really helped) and compensated us for the hassle after some inquiries - really appreciated!
Rented a Volvo XC90 from Avis and had a smooth, hassle-free experience. The car was clean, comfortable, and a joy to drive. Staff were friendly and efficient.
