Charged $125 cleaning fee 2 weeks after returning the vehicle. Friends warned us this company has a reputation of charging excessive cleaning fees, so we made sure to vacuum the vehicle and return it in the same condition it was given to us. Still charged. When we called to inquire about the charge, Avis said they were charging due to the pets in the car. We did not travel with pets or have any pets or children in the vehicle at any point during our visit. Feels like a scam.
Brian is great but the two new gentlemen working on Sunday June 28th did not have my reserved car and did not care. The long haired guy said “good” when I had to cancel.
