While this is an extremely busy Avis location, the manager here named Brian is a great guy. I waited here in the line for 30 minutes to return my car; when my number came up, the total amount billed to me was more than what we originally booked the car for. I waited another 15 minutes and Brian arrived. I showed him my receipt and he patiently listened to my situation even though he was busy with other things. Reservation: 26643515US3 I had a frustrating experience with my reservation. I had booked a full-size car with Avis, but when I arrived at the office, they assigned me a smaller vehicle and told me I could change it later. A month later, when I returned to the office to change the car, the employee claimed that I had to terminate the current contract and that he couldn't facilitate a car change. I met up with some really cool and helpful people, to the man and the lady at the front desk i don't remember y'all name but thank you guys so much really appreciate the help not many people will help the way y'all helped my family it reall goes to show there are still some good people livin🙏🙏🙏❤❤

The online reservation process was seamless and the initial process of getting the vehicle was quick. The gentleman at the counter was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Car was already waiting in the parking lot for pickup. The issue that arose was not with the car or the service, but rather the charge afterwards. I was charged an additional cleaning fee when nothing was done in the vehicle. I had the vehicle for two days and only drove it to work.
