The information being delivered by phone is different than what was told to me in the counter with regards to member discounts. The person behind the counter was not helpful. The rental car I was given needed to be serviced and needed windshield wiper fluid. Then, when it was delivered, I discovered that I was charged a random fee. Upon calling the company to inquire the purpose of this fee, they gave me unacceptable answers until they finally acknowledged the mistake. I am now waiting for it to be refunded. The service was fantastic! We were a walk up customer and he helped us find the best car for the best price for our trip. We had a tire pop on us mid trip and called this location to find out what to do and he assured us of the steps. Great location with helpful staff and great attention to care.
