The car was dirty upon arrival for my reservation. The chocolate on the seat got on my white pants and I had an appointment to get to. There was a bloody napkin on the floor. The windshield was cracked. Marcus never extended my rental that I called in about and I received ALL kinds of illegal charges. I called on the last day of my rental and they failed to tell me they were closed. There is no drop box so I couldn't return the car properly.
