Worst customer service. Car was dirty and had a broken door never will I ever rent from Avis.
If you see this and still rent from Avis on wible, don’t be mad when they overcharge you with hidden fees. Don’t act surprised when you see them take more than you agreed to pay. They overcharged me 800 dollars and then tell me to call customer service… customer service tells me that the girl at the location made a mistake… she will screw you with a smile on her face. I rented a Camary online on 4/3/2025. It should've been ready for pick up at 12:30pm. I went to pick it up and they said the only car they had available was a Ford Mustang at a much higher price. I said I rented a camary and it was supposed to be ready. They said they do have a camary, but they still had to clean it. I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Finally got it.
