Upon making reservations for Vehicle, I was charged a certain amount upon arrival, I was told the car was no longer available so they placed us in another vehicle and told us there would not be an additional charge when returning the vehicle I was charged an extra amount that was not disclosed. I don’t think I will be using this company again. Also, Clerk working desk was super rude and very unprofessional.
Rude, dishonest and unhelpful staff. My dad rented one of their cars, gave it back in good condition and never received his deposit back. DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

I have been renting from here since January of 2026 and never had a problem always helpful easy process happy to rent from them
