The one by the dealerships in Bakersfield has terrible service. Was not helpful. The lady working was no help and had no interest in helping.
Was told by phone agent that opened at 7am, so was there at 7:15am. It was closed and waited on hold for 10 mins, to be told opens at 8am, no apology for inconvenience it caused my ride and myself. At 8am, gates were still locked, finally opened at 8:10am. The woman working wasn't very friendly, was actually borderline rude. Couldn't park out front on the road because traffic is bad, had to park pretty far away and wait an hour for it to open. Rental car was ok, clean and at least a newer model car. This is the second time I come here and they don’t have my vehicle. This time I reserved a mid size SUV. They had an all electric vehicle or plug in hybrid jeep wrangler! While many other mid suvs in lot. I wish they would let you know if they won’t have your car. The attendant was like take it or leave it attitude that’s all I got.
