Management is horrible rent from national and hertz this avis has no customer service really
Went to rent a car today as a presidents club member who rents cars, and from this location, routinely throughout the year. I have a credit card that I’ve always used that the front desk associate informed me they don’t accept- apparently as of today. This is a franchise location so she informed me the policy is set by the owner. I was a bit confused because I rent here and with this card all of the time. I rented a Toyota Tacoma picked up the truck was dirty, washed it and cleaned it out. Just to recieve a extra cleaning fee.
