I travel for work and am a President's Club member. This is by far the worst Avis location I have ever been to. Today was the third trip in a row they didn't have my car ready for my reservation because they need to "wash the cars". They also "don't do" the President's Club perk of just being able to pick up your car after being assigned it in the lot. I am currently sitting at baggage claim still waiting for my car.
