No nos solucionaron el problema, nos dijeron que no habia auto para reemplazar y nos derivaron a un teléfono global que nos dijeron que en otro lugar nos iban a cambiar el auto por un problema del motor, que sino nos daban de otra empresa, pero la gestión la tuvimos que hacer nosotros mismos
I showed up to Avis about 90 minutes late for my pickup, and my reserved hybrid car wasn’t available anymore. I get it holidays are crazy busy, I’ll live with it that’s fine. But the woman at the counter was outright rude and condescending from the start, not even a hint of an apology or a friendly hello. Seen a video where a guy tried to get information there about renting a car and they called the cops on him I would never rent from a place that calls men with guns guns on me It's called swatting and it can get someone hurt or something even killed
