They did not have a vehicle available for the reservation I had made a month in advance. The lady at the counter was extremely rude, never apologized and told me their policy is that they have 48 hours after a reserved rental time to provide a vehicle. I had to go to the competitor to be able to get on the road 4 hours late. STAY AWAY!
Staff are highly disrespectful to those who visit this car rental location. Along with an extreme lack of knowledge, at risk populations are treated with complete disrespect. Avoid this office.
The old lady at the counter refused to swap out my car which was having tire pressure issues despite AVIS customer service sending me there on July 13th morning. She Wanted me to call roadside assist and pay for it .She didn't even bother to check my account. If she had she would have found me to be on the Presidents list. All I can think off is that she didn't like how my name sounded. There are plenty of people like that nowadays. The last thing I need is to have a flat tire while responding to a hospital emergency!
