I am really dissatisfied with Lynn’s work. She shows no professionalism whatsoever.
I had a great and positive experience with Lynn at Avis in Athens. I reserved a car in advance and when I arrived she had me in a vehicle and out the door in less than 10 min! They didn’t have the class of car I reserved but Lynn said she would call me when they have a vehicle available that I can switch to.
5 Star for sure!
I frequently rent from this location and every experience is outstanding. I really appreciate Lyn and the staff in this location. They do a great job.
