After seeing some positive mentions of Lynn here, we were expecting a professional experience. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite. My parents arrived for their reservation only to find out there was no car available. When they tried to get help, Lynn was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to find a solution or apologizing for the inventory error, she treated them like an inconvenience. A reservation here is meaningless, and the staff's attitude makes a bad situation even worse. Do not recommend.

After seeing the reviews for this location I was nervous to try! However with the lowest prices in the area, I didn’t have much choice! I was PLEASANTLY surprised by my experience. LYNN was so kind and helped me during my weeks long rental, even after I extended 5 times. she took time to communicate every step with me as I explained it was my first rental experience. Definitely ask for lynn

After reading some of the other recent complaints and knowing the same people have worked in this location for some time now, my question, why are they still working there? Which is more a reason why I’ll avoid any future investment in Avis / Budget. Unacceptable for a business to continue to receive the same kind of complaint and clearly, not sufficiently addressing the concern. I will never use this business or Avis as a whole again. I got a vehicle for a work road trip and had to bring it back because it had tire issues. The second vehicle I received broke down and I was on the side of the road for 4 hours. When I returned the vehicle I asked what could be done for poor customer service and issues I dealt with and she said you'll just need to talk to Customer Relations. No apology, nothing.
