I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I booked my car for 24 hours starting at 8 AM, but the front desk agent informed me that because the office doesn’t open until 9 AM the next morning, I would be charged for an additional full day—even though Avis clearly offers a key drop-off policy. When I raised my concern, her response was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive, with behavior that came across as discriminatory.
